Kirsten Phillips, DVM

Dr. Phillips grew up knowing she wanted to be a veterinarian. No matter where she lived (Michigan is the 6^th state she has lived in), that was always her goal. She got her bachelor’s degree in animal science (Pre-vet focus) from Kansas State University in 2013. Then her veterinary degree from the Royal Veterinary College in London, England in 2018. After that, she moved to central California and worked on a farm that bred and raised racehorses. Looking to be closer to family Dr. Phillips moved to Michigan and worked in Allegan for 4 years. She’s excited to join the Milwood team and learn more!

Dr. Phillips enjoys pub trivia, gardening and tropical indoor plants and going on hikes with her 3 legged pittie named Calliope.
