Care Coordinator Position

Job Duties

  • Engage and communicate with clients
  • Answer client phone calls, emails, and text requests
  • Client education and guidance on proper pet care
  • Assisting with admitting, discharging, and handling transactions
  • Appointment book management
  • Manage client and patient information with our veterinary software system?


  • Experience as a veterinary client service representative preferred
  • 1 year experience in customer service
  • Ability to work weekends on a rotational basis
  • Highly motivated, with a desire to go above and beyond in customer care
  • Commitment to learn and grow
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
