Care Coordinator Position
Job Duties
- Engage and communicate with clients
- Answer client phone calls, emails, and text requests
- Client education and guidance on proper pet care
- Assisting with admitting, discharging, and handling transactions
- Appointment book management
- Manage client and patient information with our veterinary software system?
Qualifications
- Experience as a veterinary client service representative preferred
- 1 year experience in customer service
- Ability to work weekends on a rotational basis
- Highly motivated, with a desire to go above and beyond in customer care
- Commitment to learn and grow
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
